Insanity works

Doing the Insanity workout is making a difference.  I ran 5K today in 23:26, which is an average pace of 7:31 mi/min.  Check it out here.  That is a little better than the last 5K I ran (23:51, 7:39).  But my legs did not feel the race at all.  They are used to more strenuous exercise every morning.
